How to find us

Sealand Centre is a two storey brick built building located in the south west corner of the Holmethorpe Industrial Estate. The main reception is to the front of the building
with goods entrances to the rear. Visitor’s parking spaces are located in the front car park.

BY CAR
Via M25 to junction 8 - head towards Reigate on A217 and bear off left along Gatton Bottom. At the A23 turn right and follow the road to the next set of traffic lights where you turn left into New Battlebridge Lane. Follow the road to the right at the next traffic lights to access the Holmethorpe estate via the new bridge on Ormeside Way.

Via M23 to northern end to come back south on the A23. After Merstham follow the road to the next set of traffic lights where you turn left into New Battlebridge Lane. Follow the road to the right at the next traffic lights to access the Holmethorpe Estate via the new bridge on Ormeside Way.

A23 North bound through Redhill on the A23, as you leave the town centre turn right at the traffic lights into Frenches Road from where Holmethorpe Estate is signposted to the right. Note this access has a 3.5m (12’) height and a 7 ton weight restriction.
BY TRUCK
Vehicles over 3.5m high and 7 tons must access the estate via the Northern entrance off the A23 via New Battlebridge Lane and Ormeside way, using the new bridge.
BY BUS
Route 405 runs between Croydon and Redhill along the A23.
Stop at Monson Road North and South bound and use foot path shown on map.
BY TRAIN
Our offices are a 30 minutes train ride from the centre of London (Victoria Station or London Bridge). Our nearest station is REDHILL which is on the main Brighton line, so trains tend to run at 30 minute intervals or less from London.
Redhill Station is also on the Gatwick (Airport) Line, so it is relatively easy to travel from Gatwick Airport to our Offices in Redhill.
Sealand Centre is approximately 20 mins. walk from Redhill station and 25 mins walk from Merstham station. For information on train times go to www.nationalrail.co.uk
